IM BACK!
hahaha i freaking happy cuz my internet is finally UP again after 3 days of losing contact with the virtual world. called starhub on wednesday to ask them fix it and they came only on saturday morning cuz of busy schedule. they gave me a FREE modem! okay not that it's a brand new one but it's a refurbished one. which means, something thats spoilt, goes thru their hands, make it good again and give it to me for free. i told the lady on the other end of the receiver "so no wonder it's free right?" and i think the comment startled her a little. i might have sounded rude on the spot but i meant it to be humorous u know... hahaha i guess it's bad humour. my bad.
nothing super spectacular happened over the whole week except i met up with the canoeing babes and this time, MJ is present! she came back from aussie during vacation and we caught up with each other's life during a short dinner at WARAKU @ marina sq on a fab tues evening.
i dun have much pictures cuz the rest are with the babes and these few i have are from eeshi. waraku was nice to give us a room all by itself but perhaps they can sense we are a rowdy bunch so it's BEST to "CAGE US UP" hahahaha..
i went shopping with eeshi earlier on to get present for the xmas exchange. we both got PURSES as presents. i got mine from topshop and eeshi got hers from a pushcart at raffles city. the budget was 10bucks but it was not easy searching for a RIGHT one and cost 10 you know. but we both got something slightly more ex than 10 but it's alright cuz theres really nothing to be bought at 10 except u want me to start getting photo frames, mugs and silver wares or pencil and pencil cases yada yada..
and in the end, blur queen weeteng came without a present and we asked her for a 10bucks angpow instead. cold hard cash is the most popular present and i got it! wahahahahahaa okay there you have me caught kissing my 10bucks ;) oh but i dun mind getting other presents too from the rest of the babes! the purse eeshi bought is super duper pretty and shiyun was the lucky one to get the hot pink purse with glitter! boo! and i was eyeing khaileng's choc tray which olivia was the lucky one to have it cuz it's got 3 flavours and all with hazelnuts inside!!! yummayyeee!!! i love chocs with nuts.. i go NUTS! but i guess present wasnt the most important thing of the night, i guess it's the company. we went to MOF (ministry of food) after dinner to have some jap desserts and it's superb i tell ya. i love jap dessert cuz it's all so green tea-ish and red bean and sweet potato.. i love all these lah! i was digging hard into this one of green tea ice cream and sweet potato. WOOHOO! MJ foot the bill cuz she wanna treat us for missing out on all our birthdays. *thanks! muahhhhh* never too late! haha
wednesday was supposed to sing ktv with yayi but im penniless so i said "NEXT WEEK!" and it's better cuz wendy will be back from her diving trip! so i stayed home for some quiet moment with my book and thursday i went town with ryan for lunch and shopping. ive got xmas pressies to buy (for st nix xmas exchange!) hahaha i love exchanging xmas pressies cuz it's so exciting (dunch u think so???)!! friday i went over to ryan's place and saturday i was out with mommy and my cousin. we went shopping at heartland mall! stopped by beaute de kose and got ourselves facial mask cuz i heard it's pretty good. it's affordable as well! so now im going to pamper my face and hope the scars go away! shoooo!
today's xmas eve, i hope everyone will have a wonderful time today! MUACKS!
