im studying for my GE now and theres so much to read! i doubt i can finish reading all the readings given so im just going there to try my luck. hahahahaha anyway im aiming for a D cuz it's just a GE so no stress no stress! ;)
was reading up on wikipedia about terrorism and then i saw this very familiar picture:

familiar? i saw this in southpark episodes many times and i dun really know what they do and that sort of things.
alright, KKK stands for Ku Klux Klan which is this big big big community/party/organisation which is anti-catholism, anti semitism, hail nazi, anti blah blah blah.. practically if you're not one of them, they will anti you. anyway the main thing about this society is that they are very pro WHITE SUPREMACY to the extend they start killing blacks. okay killing is too mild a word.. perhaps massacre is a better word to replace it. the society was founded in 1850s and then it resurfaces during 1915 when this film called "The birth of a nation" was aired in America. tsk tsk.. that film is about white supremacy as well. and then following that film was this rape case of this 12 year old white girl named mary phagan. the "rapist/killer" is this Jew named Leo Frank. so Leo frank was convicted of the murder case but later sentenced to life imprisonment. but to my horror, the tragedy doesnt end here. this Leo guy got kidnapped off jail and was hanged by a mob whose masterminds are the governor and some lawyers at that time. doesnt everything sound familiar? it's so MOCKINGBIRD! so afterall, mockingbird is not only a fictitious story but there are such similar cases in real life.
it's damn scary to know that of such things. makes me wonder how bad can life be for this unfortunate Jews. and then i went on to read more about terrorism in Rwanda (Rwanda Genocide). and when i come to think of it, alot of middle east countries are having internal wars are also partly because of what those powerful nations had created for them. what do i mean?
you see, when these countries are colonised by the western powers, they flourished. but after the western forces pull out of the country, they leave behind chaos. landlords fighting over territories, there are many different clans and these westerners didnt unite these different clans before leaving thus there is no social order in the country. it just irks me that these westerners left without packing up the mess and leave things going like that.

how come countries in Africa have such straight and cubic boundaries?
cuz when the british and french took over the middle east, they insist on seperating the land like this and thus causing these fragmentations which later on are left by itself. these lands were forcefully divided whereas other nations are divided by geographical means or by language or culture.
if you guys are interested to read more, then perhaps you can check out online websites or get a gist of it from wikipedia. i simply love wikipedia cuz they have all shit. hahahaha try searching for st nicholas and you will see my beloved school!! ;))
