had 1 hr of ez jogging juz now. went round de neighbourhood wif de snr gers team except seok n khai hu's not taking part in round ubin..n also claudine hu's in aust now..hmmm. anw had lotsa fun burping n lookin at pple's hse. lolx. ate too much b4 running...so was burpin like mad. den ltr did sum circuits. yupps. lasssst time trng tgt like tt. maybe tml dere'll b trng also. think so.
